We’ve considered many versions of this business and understand the attention to detail needed to successfully execute a simple yet high impact vision. Our team has years of experience in the event industry and in an effort to maintain value of inventory and minimize day of complications we’ve opted for a delivery inclusive rental service.

How can I pick-up my candle rental?

But you know that. Our luxury sand candles are mess free and eco-friendly (they don’t drip/stain/or cause dark smoke). They’re 100% plant based and ultimately, re-usable. The perfect alternative to traditional wax candles.
Plus they look sooo darn romantic and we make it easy with inclusive delivery, setup, and strike. EXACTLY.
How can I increase my candle reservation?

You can reach out to a member of our team anytime via hello@thedetailva.com to increase your order quantity up until 21 days prior to your event.
Due to inventory management, staffing, and scheduling - a RUSH fee will apply for requests within 21 days of your event date. No exceptions.
What happens if I need to cancel my reservation?

We understand that plans and ideas change. We require a non-refundable date reservation fee to reserve your event date
What color options do you have available?

We have a total of 8 colors within our existing inventory but we’re constantly evolving! We’re happy to explore adding new colors to our inventory if the opportunity exists. (Existing Options are: white, black, baby blue, teal, light pink, sangria (deep pink), desert rose (burnt orange), and lilac)
